Cable Company announces Approval of the Decision issued by Zakat and Tax
Disputes Resolution Committee of the General Authority of Zakat and Income on
the settlement of Zakat claims for the Financial Years from 2005 to end of
the Financial Year 2012, which was mentioned in the Annual Financial Report against
payment an amount of (65,758,176) Riyal. Saudi Cable Company would like to confirm
that the Resolution will result into a change in Shareholders Equity, and it
will increase by an amount of (32,789,821) Riyal. The company will disclose
the amount due on it later in the Financial Statements.
