SCC has successfully signed an MOU with the Iraqi Ministry of Oil with the attendance of the Iraqi Oil Minister Mr. Jabar Alloaiby and the Saudi Minister of Energy Engr. Khaled AlFaleh along with the Saudi Ambassador in Iraq Mr. AbdulAziz AlShammary.
